Delete your data
You can ask us to delete your Skedful account and the personal data attached to it at any time. This page explains how, and applies whether you signed in with an email code, with Google or with Facebook.
How to request deletion
- Sign in to your client profile from the booking page. The Data and privacy section lets you download your data, correct your email or phone, or delete the account after OTP verification.
- For a request about notes or records held by one business, contact that business directly or email privacy@skedful.com from the address on your account.
- If your account has no email, include the phone number you confirmed when you signed in and the business you booked with so we can verify and route the request.
We confirm receipt within 7 business days and aim to complete a verified request within 30 days, subject to applicable legal deadlines. Issued tax documents and signed consent records are retained separately without automatic expiration, with access restricted to authorized purposes. Other records required by law are retained for the applicable period and isolated from unrelated processing.
If you signed in with Google or Facebook
Removing the Skedful app from your Google or Facebook account stops future sign-ins, but it does not by itself delete the data already held by Skedful. Send the request above as well.
