Delete your data
You can ask us to delete your Skedful account and the personal data attached to it at any time. This page explains how, and applies whether you signed in with an email code, with Google or with Facebook.
How to request deletion
- Email contact@skedful.com from the address on your account, with the subject "Delete my data".
- If your account has no email on it (some social sign-ins do not share one), include the phone number you confirmed when you signed in, so we can find the right account.
- Tell us whether you want the whole account deleted, or only the data held by one specific business.
We confirm receipt within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days. Some records we are legally required to keep, such as invoices and tax records, are retained for the period the law requires and are isolated from any further processing.
If you signed in with Google or Facebook
Removing the Skedful app from your Google or Facebook account stops future sign-ins, but it does not by itself delete the data already held by Skedful. Send the request above as well.
