The Booksy alternative with one flat plan for the whole team.
Looking for a Booksy alternative? Per-staff pricing and a busy consumer app can turn a simple calendar into another monthly line item to manage. Skedful is a flat-priced operating system for service businesses. The whole team on one plan, and clients who book you directly instead of scrolling an app.
Booking software should get quieter as you grow, not more expensive and more cluttered. This is what Skedful does differently.
One price, one dashboard, zero noise.
Flat plans, not per-staff math
Tools priced per staff member can climb every time someone new joins. Skedful plans are flat, so your next hire changes your roster, not your software bill.
Clients book you, not an app
When bookings flow through a consumer app, the app decides what clients see next. Your Skedful page carries only your brand, your services and your availability, so nobody gets steered elsewhere on the way to a slot.
An operating system, not app clutter
Calendar, clients, reminders, waitlist, forms and payments live in one calm dashboard instead of a maze of add-ons and pop-ups. Fewer taps for you, fewer distractions for your front desk.
Hebrew and English, built in
Skedful is fully bilingual with proper right-to-left layouts and prices in shekels as well as dollars. Your booking page speaks your clients' language without workarounds.
Reminders included, not an add-on
SMS, WhatsApp and email confirmations and reminders come with every plan, on a schedule you set once. No-show protection is standard equipment here, not an extra to unlock.
Keep the team booked while you change tools.
You can move a whole team without a gap in the calendar. Three steps, and none of them take a day.
Set up staff and services once
Add every staff member with their services and hours under one flat plan, then import your client list from a CSV. Available on any plan, Starter included.
Swap the link everywhere
Replace the old booking link in your bio, your Google profile and your saved replies with your Skedful page. Clients keep booking the same way, minus the app download.
Retire the workarounds
Turn on reminders and the waitlist, then archive the spreadsheets and side apps that patched the gaps. One dashboard runs the whole day.

| Yes/No | Skedful | Booksy |
|---|---|---|
| Price per month (one professional) | $19 Starter | $29.99 + tax |
| Booksy is cheaper than us for a solo pro, and its single tier includes everything. Fresha's pricing page shows rates for the visitor's own region; we could not verify a US figure from outside the US, so we do not quote one rather than print a number we have not seen. | ||
| Price for a 10-person business | $49 flat | $209.99 |
| Booksy is $29.99 + $20/month per additional team member. Skedful's $49 Studio plan covers your whole team at one flat price, however many people, with no per-seat charge. Fresha's Team plan is also per team member. Read this as a scale argument, not a blanket one: Booksy's per-seat model is cheaper than us for most small teams, and only crosses our flat price at around seven people. | ||
| Commission on a booking | None, ever | Boost: 30% of the first visit (opt-in) |
| Read this one precisely, because the headline version of it is wrong. All three take 0% on your own direct and repeat bookings. Fresha's and Booksy's fees apply only to their opt-in marketplace products, which you choose to switch on. The honest difference: with Skedful there is no path in which a booking costs you a percentage, because no such mechanism exists. | ||
| SMS / WhatsApp included | 150 / 600 / 2,000 per month by plan | Not published |
| Skedful: 150 on Starter, 600 on Pro ($39), 2,000 on Studio ($49). Email reminders are unlimited. These are caps, not "unlimited", and that includes ours. | ||
| Free trial | 30 days, no card | 14 days, no card |
| Marketplace that brings you new clients | No | Yes |
| This is our biggest gap, and it is a deliberate one. Fresha lists 130,000+ partner businesses; Booksy Marketplace claims 44 million clients. Skedful has no discovery network at all. Clients come from your own booking link, site and socials. That is the trade for never charging a percentage. If what you need is new-client traffic rather than a calendar, they do something we do not. | ||

For a small team, Booksy is probably cheaper.
Booksy charges per team member, and below about seven people that usually costs less than our flat price. We are not going to pretend otherwise: if your team is four to six, do the arithmetic before you switch. You would also be giving up the Booksy app's storefront, which does put you in front of people browsing for a slot tonight, and we have no equivalent.
Our price does not move with your booking count: Starter is $19 a month, Pro $39 for up to three professionals, Studio $49 for the whole team however large it gets. Pricing
