How billing actually works.
Monthly or yearly, no contract
Pay monthly, or pay for the year and save 10 percent. There is no lock-in and no setup fee. Cancel any time and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
Prices and VAT
English pages show US dollars and Hebrew pages show shekels; your billing currency is set once from your business's timezone and stays fixed after that. Every price on this site is a list price before tax, in both currencies: VAT or your local sales tax is worked out from your location and added at checkout.
SMS and WhatsApp reminders
Each plan includes a monthly bundle of reminders that SMS and WhatsApp draw from together: 150 on Starter, 600 on Pro, 2,000 on Studio. Email reminders are unlimited on every plan. When you reach the bundle, text reminders pause until the next month while email keeps sending. There is no overage charge and no surprise bill.
Your 30-day trial
The trial runs on the Starter plan for 30 days, with no credit card. If you have not chosen a paid plan by the end, your account switches to read-only: you can still sign in, see everything and export your data, but changes are paused until you subscribe. Nothing is ever charged automatically.

Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The 30-day trial runs on the Starter plan with no card and no commitment. You only enter payment details if you decide to subscribe.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your account switches to read-only. You keep full access to view and export everything you have added, but you cannot make changes until you subscribe. Nothing is charged without you choosing a plan first.
What counts as a message?
SMS and WhatsApp reminders share one monthly bundle (150 / 600 / 2,000 by plan). Email reminders do not count and are unlimited. If you reach the bundle, text reminders pause for the rest of the month and email carries on; there is no overage fee.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Every plan is billed monthly or yearly, and the yearly price saves 10 percent. There is no long-term contract either way, so you can cancel whenever you like and keep access to the end of the period you have paid for.
Are prices before or after tax?
Before. Every price we show is exclusive of tax, in dollars and in shekels alike: VAT or your local sales tax is added at checkout based on where you are. Your billing currency is fixed from your business's timezone.
How many people can I add?
Starter is for a single professional. Pro covers a team of up to three, and Studio has no seat limit. The count includes the owner.
Is Emma, the AI copilot, on every plan?
Emma is included from Pro upward. She drafts client messages and waits for you to confirm before anything is sent, so nothing goes out on its own.
Can I use my own branding?
Removing the Skedful mark is a paid add-on you can buy on the Studio plan. Starter and Pro keep a small Skedful mark.
