Monthly or yearly, no contract
Pay monthly, or pay for the year and save 10 percent. There is no lock-in and no setup fee. Cancel any time and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
Prices and tax
Prices on this page are in US dollars. Your billing currency is set once from your business's timezone and stays fixed after that. Prices exclude tax; applicable tax is calculated from your location and added at checkout.
SMS and WhatsApp reminders
Each plan includes a monthly bundle of reminders that SMS and WhatsApp draw from together: 150 on Starter, 600 on Pro, 2,000 on Studio. Email reminders are unlimited on every plan. When you reach the bundle, text reminders pause until the next month while email keeps sending. There is no overage charge and no surprise bill.
Your 30-day trial
The trial runs on Starter for 30 days, with no credit card. Deposits, waitlist automation and Emma require Pro or Studio and are not included. If you have not subscribed by the end, your account becomes read-only: you can still sign in, view records and export supported CSV records, once every seven days for never-paid accounts. Changes pause until you subscribe. Nothing is charged automatically.
Deposits and payment requests
Pro and Studio include client payments. Enable Payments, connect a supported provider available for your business and configure deposits before collecting them. Provider availability depends on your region; processing fees are separate from your subscription.
Emma usage
Pro and Studio include a monthly token allowance for Emma. Both input and output tokens count. Usage resets at the start of each calendar month in UTC; further generation pauses when the allowance is exhausted. Your current allowance and usage are shown in Emma. Contact us to confirm the allowance before choosing a plan; the Starter trial does not include Emma.
Before you pick a plan.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The 30-day trial runs on the Starter plan with no card and no commitment, so you can build your booking page, add your services and take real bookings first. You only enter payment details if you decide to subscribe when the trial ends.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your account switches to read-only, not to deleted. You can still sign in and view your records, and download a CSV ZIP of clients, bookings, submitted consent forms and financial records. Uploaded media and business settings are not included. Accounts that have never paid can export once every seven days; you cannot make changes until you subscribe. Nothing is charged automatically, and nothing disappears if you come back later and pick a plan.
What counts as a message?
SMS and WhatsApp reminders share one monthly bundle, 150 on Starter, 600 on Pro and 2,000 on Studio. Email reminders do not count toward the bundle and are unlimited. If you reach the bundle, text reminders pause for the rest of the month while email carries on; there is no overage fee and no surprise charge.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Every plan is billed monthly or yearly, and choosing yearly saves 10 percent on the subscription. There is no long-term contract either way and no setup fee, so you can cancel whenever you like and keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Are prices before or after tax?
Before. Prices on this page are in US dollars and exclude tax. Applicable tax is added at checkout based on where you are located. Your billing currency is set once from your business's timezone and stays fixed after that.
How many people can I add?
Starter is for a single professional working alone. Pro covers a team of up to three people, and Studio has no seat limit at all, so the whole front desk and every provider can have their own login. The count includes the owner, and roles and permissions come with Studio.
Is Emma, the AI copilot, on every plan?
Emma requires Pro or Studio, the Assistant module and your consent to use it. She is not included in the Starter trial. Changes she proposes wait for confirmation. Separately configured reminders, workflows and cancellation recovery can run automatically. Emma has a monthly input-and-output token allowance; see the usage details above.
Can I use my own branding?
Yes, with one honest footnote. Your booking page is your name, your cover photo and your services on every plan. Starter and Pro keep a small Skedful mark on the page, and removing that mark completely is a paid add-on available on the Studio plan.
