A booking system with a real CRM behind it.
Every booking writes to a client record: what they had, what they paid, what they told you, and what went wrong last time. Not a separate CRM you have to keep in step with your calendar.
The things you would otherwise keep in your head
One profile per person, filled in by the bookings themselves.
The whole visit history
Every past and upcoming booking on one profile, with the service, the staff member and the date. No cross-referencing a calendar against a spreadsheet.
Notes, allergies and tags
Free-text notes for the things that matter, a separate allergies field so it is never buried in a paragraph, and tags you define yourself.
No-shows counted from reality
The no-show figure is derived from actual booking records rather than a counter someone has to remember to increment, so it cannot quietly drift out of date.
Segments for messaging
Build a group from real behaviour, such as clients who have gone quiet, and message that group. Part of the Marketing module.
A record of who was difficult
A restriction is kept as its own record rather than a flag, so lifting it never erases the history of why it was there.
Your data, exportable, always
Export every client, booking and form to CSV on any plan, Starter included. No retention hold, no export fee, no support ticket.
The record is a by-product, not a chore
Nobody has time to maintain a CRM by hand. This one is written by the work.
A booking creates the person
The first time someone books, their record exists. Name, contact details, and the service they chose.
Every visit appends to it
Each subsequent booking lands on the same profile, so the history builds without anyone typing it up.
You add what only you know
The notes, the allergy, the tag. The parts a booking form will never capture.
The record does the remembering
Open a profile before a session and the last visit, the notes and the no-show count are already on screen.
Where this stops
Worth knowing before you switch, rather than after.
Full profiles are a paid tier
The client list, search and export work on every plan. The full profile with history and notes needs Pro or Studio. On Starter you get the list, not the file.
It is not a sales CRM
There are no deals, pipelines or lead scoring. This is a record of the people you actually serve, not a funnel for people you hope to.
Segments need the Marketing module
Building and messaging a segment is part of Marketing. The client records themselves are always on.

What people ask about the client records
Is the CRM included, or a separate product?
Included. It is the same system as the calendar, so a booking and a client record can never disagree. The full profile view requires Pro or Studio; the client list, search and CSV export are on every plan including Starter.
Can I get my client data out again?
Yes, on any plan including Starter. Export every client, booking and form to CSV whenever you want. There is no retention period, no fee and no need to ask support.
Do I have to type in my existing client list?
You can add clients by hand, and a client record is also created automatically the first time someone books. Whether a bulk import is available depends on your plan and the release you are on, so check inside the app rather than taking a marketing page for it.
Where do allergies and medical notes live?
Allergies have their own field on the profile, separate from free-text notes, so they are not buried in a paragraph. Reads and changes to client records are written to an audit trail.
Is the no-show count reliable?
It is derived from actual booking records rather than stored as its own number, so it reflects what really happened rather than whatever a counter was last set to.
Two questions everyone asks next: what it costs, and how it compares. PricingSkedful vs Fresha vs Booksy
